Great question eh?

Hmmm.....let's see, it is Mr and Mrs Smith with their 4 children enrolled...

Nope.....

Your most important and best customers or clients is your staff!

That's right...and I hope they know it. So for 2009 think about your staff. Improve your staff training and communications. Build your TEAM. Start to schedule your staff training sessions for 2009. Make them productive and your school will grow and prosper.

Have a great 2009!
