One of the best ways to retain adult students is to promote a social atmosphere. Here are some of the activities we have done over the years that have been excellent retention tools for us. - Camping Trips
- Paint Ball Tournament
- Card Tournaments
- BBQs
- Christmas Party
- Special Seminars and events
- Movie nights
This is only a few such examples and with some imagination I know you can come up with many, many more!
