Ok, lets continue with the idea that we want to find ways to keep as many of the junior students we sign up as possible. Now if yoiu have not yet read Part 1 I suggest you go back and take a look. Part 2: test every student every 3 months. No I don't mean have testing every 3 months. You have a testing each and every month, and each student tests in a 3 month cycle. So what if the student isn't ready? Get them ready! You want as close to 100% test rate as possible. Now there will be exceptions, people get sick go on vacation etc, but stick as close to this as is possible. Next, they NEVER test early! That's right, make the star students put in their time too! If they don't follow the path too, you will lose them! Guarenteed! The final point on testings, and right now I am talking about coloured belts, don't charge for testing, that's right, it's a big mistake. Put your tuition price up if you need to, put don't charge for testing anymore. More to come.
