This website gets a lot of internet referral links from a WikiHow called "How to Become a Martial Arts Instructor" The article is OK, but I do disagree with one very important item. They tell you to go out and purchase a mail list. Mail lists are not cheap! You can spend thousands of dollars rent and mailing to a list that will get you zero for leads.

There are many other more cost effective ways to market your martial arts school. Fliers, demo, mall shows, signs and well placed ads will get you leads. Let's not forget our website too! Remember to keep all the details on your leads too. By doing this you can work these leads and create students from them.

More to follow.
